Terms & Conditions

2. Blocking & booking amount to be deducted from the final invoice value.

3. All loans at the discretion of the finance company.

7. All blocking amount is refundable & cancellable without any deductions & noninterest bearing, however plots that are cancelled after booking will attract 10% cancellation charges.

8. Invoice value includes stamp duty, registration of plot, service tax, GST and any other taxes as per regulatory & statutory requirements. Registration of loan document is at actual as per requirement by the bank.
